Sony will update tracking numbers; customer can track from the website under Account > Order History > click on 'Tracking' or https://mscs.ilogisoft.com/tracking.
Upon receiving tracking numbers, customers may have to wait 4 - 5 hours before the delivery status is updated on the service provider's website.Shipping Fee

In case where Sony employee completely and successfully purchases any products before 12.00 hrs. and desires to pick up such product at the Head Quarter of Sony Thai Co., Ltd, having its registered office at 2126 Kromadit Bldg., 4th floor, New Phetchaburi Rd., Bangkapi, Huay Kwang, Bangkok, Sony employee have to pick up the product within 13.00 – 16.30 hrs. of the next working day. Otherwise, where Sony employee completely and successfully orders any products on weekends or holidays indicated by Sony Thai and/or public holidays, Sony employee have to pick up products within 13.00 – 16.30 hrs. in the next 2 working days from the purchase date as the details below:
Example 1: If you successfully purchase order on Monday before 12.00 hrs., you must pick up the product on Tuesday between 13.00 – 16.30 hrs.
Example 2: If you successfully purchase order on Saturday or Sunday, you must pick up the product on the next Tuesday between 13.00 – 16.30 hrs.
Example 3: If you successfully purchase order on 24 October 2022, you must pick up the product on 26 October 2022 between 13.00 – 16.30 hrs.
If the Sony employee doesn’t pick up the product according to the above conditions, the order will be cancelled. Where the Sony employee made the payment in cash or by a method of bank transfer, the system will refund a full amount to your account within 1 day after the date of order cancellation. Otherwise, the payment for the said purchase order is made by the Sony employee in full in a single payment in the form of credit card or debit card, the system will refund a full amount to your account subject to terms and conditions of issuing bank of such credit card or debit card.
